Perforated Screens

Our perforation facilities are suitable for producing accurately controlled round, square, rectangular, oblong, slotted, hexagonal, straight-line and staggered perforations. Hole diameter, slot width, pitch, bridge width, blank margins and percentage open area are selected according to flow rate, particle-retention size, screening efficiency, structural strength and pressure conditions.

Complete machining and fabrication support includes CNC/VMC machining, turning, milling, drilling, boring, grinding, profile cutting, plate rolling, bending and precision welding. Flat sheets can be converted into curved screen segments, cylindrical rotary screens, perforated pipes, framed panels, vibrating screen decks and replacement assemblies. Frames, stiffeners, flanges, support rings and mounting arrangements can be fabricated using MIG, TIG and suitable conventional welding processes.

Available materials include SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L, mild steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, copper and brass. Material selection is based on corrosion, abrasion, temperature, hygiene, chemical exposure and mechanical loading. Finishing options include polishing, pickling, passivation, galvanizing, painting and other protective treatments.

Perforated screening products serve sugar factories, cement plants, steel rolling mills, fertilizer factories, chemical plants, food-processing units, mining operations, paper mills, wastewater-treatment systems and bulk-material handling plants. Typical duties include juice recovery, bagasse screening, sugar crystal grading, limestone and clinker classification, mill-scale separation, coolant filtration, fertilizer granule sizing, slurry filtration, powder classification, grain sorting, ventilation and machinery protection.

Each screen is checked for raw-material grade, hole size, perforation pitch, open area, dimensions, flatness, curvature, welding quality and mounting compatibility.
