The manufacturing route can include pattern and core preparation, alloy melting, pouring, fettling, rough machining, finish machining and dimensional inspection. Machining capability covers CNC and conventional turning, heavy boring, facing, milling, drilling, slotting, keyway cutting and threading. Oil grooves, lubrication holes, oil pockets, reliefs, flanges, collars, hub bores and application-specific profiles can be produced as specified. Phosphor bronze castings can be supplied to applicable customer requirements, including IS 28:1985 grades where ordered, with chemical-composition and inspection documentation agreed at quotation stage.

Bearing liners and top/bottom bearings: split bearing liners, half-round journal liners, top bearing liners, bottom bearing liners, top roller bearings and bottom roller bearings for high-load shafts and mill rollers. Components can be machined for bore, outside diameter, wall thickness, running clearance, concentricity, surface finish and lubrication layout.

Bronze bushes / bushings: phosphor bronze bushes, gunmetal bushes, cylindrical bushes, flanged bushes, collared bushes, split bushes, threaded bushes, grooved bushes, thrust bushes and large-diameter sleeve bearings for rotating, oscillating and sliding machinery.

Inspection can cover alloy chemistry, bore and outside diameter, length, wall thickness, roundness, concentricity, machining tolerance, groove geometry, keyway size and surface finish. Material test certificates and dimensional reports are available according to order requirements.
